On the first floor, there is a large living room with a dining table in front of the picture window that overlooks Bouvier Bay. There is basic cable service, TV/stereo/DVD players, a modern kitchen with refrigerator/oven/range/microwave, cooking utensils and table service for four. In the kitchen area, there is a second serving counter with a smaller second sink.

The second floor has two bedrooms (Queen bed in master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom), a lounge area with a futon and another twin bed, and a spacious bathroom with large shower and seat. There is no central air conditioning, however. The master bedroom has a wall AC unit which if turned on a couple hours before going to sleep will condition the air. There are fans in the bedrooms and upstairs lounge. We believe the house is best suited for four house guests. Exceptions maybe granted upon request. We provide bed linen and some towels for our house guests.

Please Note: This guest house is a duplex. I have private living quarters in the house (see floor plan shaded in yellow). There is a locked door between the guest house and my space.
