Welcome Home Anglers! This vacation house is the perfect location if you want to fish some of Lake St. Clair's most productive fishing spots. Perch, bass, walleye, muskie and sturgeon are all caught in the local bays and channels of Lake St. Clair.

You can launch your boat at the DNR launch site across the street from the house or use one of two other DNR launch sites in the neighborhood (see map above). Each site will put you closer to a different fishing opportunity! So its easy to fish different locations and dodge daily weather conditions by fishing either in Bouvier Bay, the Channels of the St. Clair River, or The Flats of Harsen Island.

Lake St. Clair was the site for the 2013 Bass Master Tournament. The average bass weigh in was 4.5 lbs! We expect 2015 to be another great year with records set for all the popular spieces. So now is the time to book your reservation. We look forward to hearing from you soon and we will be happy to answer all of your questions.

Our Vacation House is located across the street from the lake. The house is clean, safe, and it was recently remodeled. On the first floor, there is a large living room with a dining table in front of the picture window that overlooks Bouvier Bay. There is basic cable service, TV/stereo/DVD players, a modern kitchen with refrigerator/oven/range/microwave, cooking utensils and table service for four. In the kitchen area, there is a second serving counter with a smaller second sink. (How to Park)

The second floor has two bedrooms (Queen size bed in master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom), a lounge area with a futon and another twin bed, and a spacious bathroom with large shower and seat. There is no central air conditioning, however. The master bedroom has a wall AC unit which if turned on a couple hours before going to sleep will condition the air. There are fans in the bedrooms and upstairs lounge. The Guest House is setup for four house guests. Exceptions maybe granted but only with prior permission before arrival. We provide bed linen and some towels for our house guests. (See Floor Plan)

The backyard has an attached 10 x 20 wood deck, picnic table, deck chairs, hammock, charcoal grill(s), fire pit, fish cleaning station, available parking in driveway for two boats and transports, and outside electrical service to recharge your batteries.

There is a party store and bait shop across the street. Dana's Party Store also serves pizza, cold sandwhiches, and carry out hot meals. If you want to dine out then there are six waterfront restaurants all within a two mile drive. These restaurants provide anything from causual to upscale dining. On the weekend, several of the restaurants have entertainment on their patios.
